In celebration of the National Arts Month this February, Marinduque State College (MSC) have a couple more events for creatives, MSCians and the public, “Eat, Shop, Love” MSC Bazaar and That’s Amore solidarity dinner concert.
MSC’s Business Affairs & Production Services in cooperation with MSC’s DTI Negosyo Center & Culture & Arts Unit invite you to their Bazaar from 14 to 16 February 2024. Open from 8am till 4pm.
Meanwhile, the MSC Integrated Schools presents a love concert, according to their official announcement, “We’re excited to extend a heartfelt invitation to our Solidarity Dinner Concert for a Cause this coming February 16, 2024 – 5:00PM at the MSC Gymnasium.”
The invitation extend to audience, music lovers and art patrons beyond MSC. Based on the same statement, “Join us for a delicious food and enchanting evening as we showcase the incredible talents of our MSC – Integrated High School students with special participation of Mr. Eliezer Mangui, Mr. Jastin Leyhl Llasos and the MSC Culture and Arts Unit. Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate and empower our youth!”
Last Monday, MSC opened its arts month celebration with brush strokes and honored an MSCian who participated in Kaisa sa Sining, in the person of Johnley Mayorga, a tenacious 2nd-year Drafting Technology student. Chosen from a pool of hopefuls, he joined 13 artists from the 68 KSS chapters nationwide. Their collective masterpiece? A massive flyover mural in Tagum, Davao del Norte.
