Sta. Cruz, Marinduque, Philippines — The Marinduque State University (MarSU) College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) is going to hold KulTurismo 2025 with the theme “Discovering our Roots, Celebrating our Culture” on November 6 and 7 at Plaza Rizal.
According to the BSTM Tourism Student Organization, from the rhythm of tradition to the heartbeat of creativity – this is where tourism meets culture, and stories of heritage come alive.

More than just a showcase, KulTurismo 2025 is a celebration of identity — a stage where every performance, smile, and movement tells the story of who we are as Filipinos. It’s a journey through our roots, our artistry, and the passion that drives every Tourism student to serve with pride and purpose.
In addition, they extend their invitation to one and all, “Join us as we open the stage for two days of culture, color, and connection — filled with performances, creative showcases, and stories that reflect the soul of the Filipino. Because Tourism is not only about destinations — it’s about people, traditions, and heart. And through KulTurismo 2025, we continue to honor the stories that make us who we are. Parini na! Sama-sama nating tuklasin, damhin, at ipagdiwang ang makulay na kultura ng ating bayan. This isn’t just an event — it’s a journey back to who we are.”
What is in store for day 1, November 6 (Thursday is a the opening remarks of the CBA associate dean Carlo Magno Castro and inspirational message of Office of Student Affairs and Services Ken Mark Palatino with Sta Cruz campus director Dr. Randell Reginio. There would be a showcase of talents by the classes under Gilbert Privado, Jeanie May Palatino, Jeimyleen Angeli Cas and Rechille Ricafrente.
After the full packed first day, the continuation is on Day 2 November 7 (Friday( with a series of cultural highlights with heritage tourism class with various performances exemplifying the BSTM courses in Introduction to MICE, marco perspective of tourism and hospitality, Philippine culture and tourism geography and heritage tourism.
KulTurismo aims to promote cultural awareness, creativity and appreciation of our country’s rich traditions through the art of dance. The experience will showcase cultural dances that represent the Philippines’ diverse heritage and regional identities.
