Boac, Marinduque, Philippines —In a move to enhance operational efficiency and logistical support, the Marinduque State University through its Supply and Property Management Unit officially received the newly procured Toyota Pick-up on April 28, 2025. The acquisition forms part of the institution’s approved procurement plan for FY 2025, aimed at strengthening mobility services across university operations.

Following standard procedures, a physical inspection was conducted by the Commission on Audit (COA) on June 2, 2025. The inspection verified that the vehicle matched the technical specifications outlined in the Contract Agreement/Purchase Order. The inspection also ensured that the unit was in good running condition and free from any physical or mechanical defects.

The University continues to prioritize resource optimization and infrastructure support to improve service delivery. This procurement marks another step forward in maintaining transparency, accountability, and operational excellence.
