The Human Resource Management and Development Office is mandated to provide well-balance personnel management system. The office plays a big role in developing the employees’ competencies and the institution’s practices through the sound implementation of the four core systems. Aside from these core systems the HRMDO are fully committed to provide necessary benefits and incentives, good working environment through personnel relations, employee welfare services as well as create a structure for helping the employees of the organization in developing their organizational and personal abilities, know-how and skills, through learning and development.
In the year 2022, various approved proposals were implemented and HR policies have been crafted and observed. Looking at the spectrum of Human Resource Management, emphasis is given from entry to the middle and last phase of the career of every employee in the institution.
