Echague, Isabela, Philippines — Marinduque State University (MarSU) President and National President of the Philippine Association of Research Managers (PhilARM), Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, paid a courtesy visit to Isabela State University (ISU) – Echague Main Campus on July 29, 2025.

Prof. Zulueta was accompanied by Asso. Prof. Alfredo M. Ofrecio III, (Chief, PMS) Assist. Prof.Jholey Rose Leaño-Lancion, (Director, International Relations and Linkages Office) and other key officials of PHILARM. The delegation was welcomed by key ISU leaders, including Dr. Orlando F. Balderama (OIC and Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training), Dr. Precila C. Delima (Vice President for Academic Affairs), Dr. Hilda A. Manzolim (Vice President for Administration and Finance Services), Dr. Isagani P. Angeles Jr. (Vice President for Planning), and Dr. Miladis Mabutol (Director of CVAARRD).

The visit serves as a prelude to the Regional Research Management Seminar and National Board Meeting scheduled on July 30 to 31, 2025 at the ISU – Cauayan Campus.
