Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — In line with the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani, Puso, Dangal at Galing Para sa Bayan,” Marinduque State University, through the Human Resource Management Office and under the leadership of President Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, held a Financial Literacy Seminar last September 19, 2025 at the Admin Lounge.
The seminar aimed to enhance financial knowledge on savings, investments, and decision-making for lasting security and well-being.
Sharing their expertise were Mr. Rafael Constantino R. Seño (Kaluppa Foundation Executive Director), Ms. Ma. Rosario P. Apostol (MFI-NGO Consultant), and Ms. Elaiza Irish L. Villarico (PAG-IBIG Fund Customer Support Assistant), who provided valuable insights to help MarSU employees make wiser financial choices in everyday life.
