Québec City, Canada—Marinduque State University (MarSU), led by University President Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, continued its active participation in the Canadian Bureau for International Education (CBIE) 2025 Annual Conference at the Hilton Quebec.

The first official day featured the Pre-Conference International Partnerships Day, where PDPZ represented MarSU in a series of B2B meetings focused on academic linkages, research collaboration, and student mobility programs. Throughout the day, PDPZ met with representatives from various Canadian higher education institutions to explore potential partnerships and collaborative opportunities aimed at advancing MarSU’s internationalization agenda.

He later attended the Country Spotlight: Philippines Session, which showcased the growing global presence of Philippine higher education institutions (HEIs) and reaffirmed CHED’s vision for internationalization through the ACHIEVE Program. The day concluded with a cultural reception at the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, providing an opportunity for cross-cultural exchange and networking among global education leaders.
