Day 2 – November 3, 2025 | Québec City, Canada

President Zulueta continues to proudly represent the Philippines at the CBIE 2025 Conference. Day 2 of the international gathering highlighted collaboration, innovation, and the transformative power of education in a rapidly globalizing world.

PDPZ began the day with a coordination meeting with the Philippine higher education delegation, followed by active participation in plenary and networking sessions. Key insights were drawn from the inspiring keynote of The Honorable Senator Marie-Françoise Mégie, who emphasized education’s role as a transformative force that empowers individuals and strengthens nations.

Throughout the day, PDPZ engaged in multiple sessions focusing on inclusive international education, global student mobility, and institutional partnerships. He also met with representatives from Nova Scotia Community College, University of Canada West, and QS Quacquarelli Symonds to explore future collaborations in faculty and student exchange, research cooperation, and digital credentialing.

At the Philippine HEI exhibit booth, President Zulueta actively promoted the strengths of Philippine higher education—academic excellence, English proficiency, and cultural diversity—while showcasing MarSU’s commitment to advancing internationalization and transnational education in line with CHED Chair Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis’ ACHIEVE Program.

The day concluded with an International Speed Networking Session at L’Atelier, where PDPZ exchanged best practices on leadership and partnership sustainability with education professionals from around the world.
