COLLEGE ADMISSION SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURE

Online Admission for College begins February 2024. (Pre-listing should be earlier than testing day.) It can be accessed through https://msc.priisms.online.

Online Admission Requirements

  1. The applicant must be the one to apply online using an active and correct email address to use in this transaction.
  2. The applicant must prepare a scanned copy of:
    •  2×2 inch colored ID picture in white background with name tag
    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • Certificate of enrolment

Online Admission Procedure

  1. Applicant himself must access the https://msc.priisms.online, as New Applicant;
  2. Create New account using active and correct email address, only one account is allowed;
  3. Browse Image to attach ID picture;
  4. Choose File to upload Report Card;
  5. Applicant select the preferred the preferred Entrance Test Date from the options provided;
  6. Before clicking the ‘I Agree’ button, Applicant must review carefully the correctness of entries on information and must have read the Data Privacy Policy;
  7. Pooling Number will be generated for a successfully submitted application;
  8. An email regarding status of application will be in 3 days;
  9. Download and print the Entrance Test Permit sent via email, and bring on the day of testing.

COLLEGE ENTRANCE TEST SCHEDULE, REQUIREMENTS & PROCEDURE

College Entrance Schedule is from February 23 to March 15, 2024

Testing for Late Applicants (Special Testing) will be merged together with the Transferees, Returnees and Shiftees on May 27-31, 2024. (Late exam schedule will be announced after streamlining the March examinees.)

College Entrance Test Reminders

Bring the following for the Testing.

  1. Printed copy of the Test Permit with photo. (No Test Permit, No Entrance Examination).
  2. 1 piece 2×2 inch colored ID in white background with nametag.
  3. Sharpened pencil with eraser and black ballpen.
  4. 1 piece of clean short bond paper.

College Entrance Test Procedure

  1. Applicant must be at the Testing Venue, Rooftop, TLE Bldg. at exactly 8:00 AM.
  2. No cellphone or any gadget is allowed during the testing.
  3. Applicant must obtain the prescribed percentile on the College Entrance Test (SAT) which takes 40 minutes of combined verbal, numerical and abstract problems.
  4. Engineering and Education qualifiers must take and pass the prescribed specific aptitude test.
  5. Get the Entrance Test Result as scheduled; and proceed for an interview and further assessment to the office of the respective Program Heads on the date specified by the Department.

6. Always keep the Test Result free from erasures, fold or tear. It is paid by the government and solely for interview and Enrolment purposes only. Re-issuance for lost copies and Request for Entrance Test Result for other purposes is Php 100.00 (pay at the Cashier and present the official receipt to Testing In-Charge of Issuance of Result).
