Manila, Philippines — The Cuneta Astrodome came alive as the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through the Unified Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UniFAST), hosted a momentous Awarding Ceremony to honor the achievements of outstanding student scholars from across the nation and official launch of the E-CAV on September 12, 2025.

Held at 3:00 PM, the event gathered key education leaders, university representatives, and families in a vibrant celebration of academic perseverance and youth empowerment. The ceremony spotlighted the transformative impact of the UniFAST program, which continues to expand access to quality higher education for deserving Filipino students.

The program featured inspiring performances and audio-visual presentations, and the formal awarding of certificates and tokens of recognition, which was graced by His Excellency, President Marcos Jr. The atmosphere was one of pride, hope, and shared purpose, underscoring the collective effort to uplift the youth through strategic educational support.

With the support and guidance from President Zulueta who was in an equally important engagement, Marinduque State University was represented by Executive Assistant, Ms. Lenie P. Zulueta.
