Quezon City, Philippines — In a heartfelt celebration of dedication and public service, officials from Marinduque State University (MarSU) graced the 50th Anniversary celebration of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office IV on January 28, 2025 at Luxent Hotel, Timog Avenue, Quezon City.

Key officials from MarSU who attended were Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta (University President) and Ms. Erma E. Reyes (Supervising Administrative Officer & Head, HRM Unit) together with other government officials from various agencies across CALABARZON and MIMAROPA Regions.

This momentous occasion featured the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Awarding and Recognition Rites. This segment of the celebration aimed to honor public sector agencies that have made significant strides in implementing best practices in human resources, ultimately fostering a culture of meritocracy and excellence in public service.

MarSU was honored to be recognized as one of the agencies conferred with the PRIME HRM Level II (Bronze Award), a testament to its ongoing efforts in enhancing the quality of human resource practices. The awarding ceremony served as a platform to reflect on the university’s accomplishments and the continuing journey toward excellence in HR management.

In a symbolic gesture underscoring its aspirations, PDPZ officially signed the Pledge of Commitment for PRIME HRM Level III (Silver Award) during the ceremonial signing. This pledge not only represents a significant milestone for MarSU but also lays the groundwork for future advancements in its human resource policies and practices.
