Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Marinduque State University officially commenced the Faculty In-Service Training 2025 on June 18, 2025, at the MarSU Gymnasium. The opening ceremony featured welcome remarks from Ms. Erma E. Reyes, Supervising Administrative Officer, setting the stage for a productive and insightful program. Additionally, an official message from University President Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, delivered by Atty. Crispin Francis M. Jandusay, Vice President for Administration & Finance, reaffirmed the university’s commitment to academic advancement and instructional innovation. Shortly after, Asst. Prof. Raoul J. Magcamit introduced the Day 1 Resource Speaker.

The program continued with an insightful lecture by Dr. Josephine M. Calamlam, Professor III at PNU-Manila, focusing on the development of pedagogically-sound, learner-centered, and outcomes-based instructional materials. The afternoon session transitioned into a structured lecture-discussion and guided development workshop, providing participants with the opportunity to apply key principles in instructional material design.
