Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — On May 15, 2025, the Marinduque State University (MarSU) Integrated High School proudly celebrated its 8th Commencement Exercise and 10th Moving-Up Ceremony at the MarSU Gymnasium in Boac, honoring the academic achievements of its graduates and completers from the Junior and Senior High School departments.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of MarSU President, Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, who also officiated the confirmation of graduates and completers. He delivered an inspiring and heartfelt message to the graduates, moving-up students, and their families. In his official message, Prof. Zulueta recognized the crucial role of families in the academic journey of the students, stating:

“To the proud parents and guardians, your love, sacrifices, and guidance have been essential to the success of your children. Ang tagumpay nila ay tagumpay rin ninyo.”

Joining President Zulueta at this momentous event were key university officials. Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training, Dr. Ma. Edelwina M. Blasé, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Asst. Prof. Raoul J. Magcamit, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services, Assoc. Prof. Marvin P. Plata, University Registrar, Ms. Gemma Tirol. Also in attendance were the academic leaders and faculty members from the College of Education, led by Dean Dr. Joy S. Montejo, and the Integrated High School, headed by Dr. Noel R. Palomares.

The gymnasium was filled with the joyful presence of proud parents, families, students, and invited guests, all gathered to witness this important academic milestone. The program featured the presentation of candidates for graduation and moving-up, the awarding of certificates and diplomas, and the awarding of academic honors.
