Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — Marinduque State University, led by University President Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, proudly joined the faithful of the Diocese of Boac in the Welcome Rite for the Solemn Installation and Canonical Possession of His Excellency, Most Rev. Edwin O. Panergo, D.D. as the Fifth Bishop of the Diocese of Boac on December 2, 2025. This historic and grace-filled occasion marks a new chapter of pastoral leadership for the Marinduqueño community.
