Day 3 – November 4, 2025 | Québec City, Canada

MarSU President, Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, continued to represent Marinduque State University (MarSU) and the Philippine Higher Education Delegation during Day 3 of the CBIE 2025 Conference.

The day highlighted the signing of the Philippine-Canada Network for Sustainability (PCNS)—a collaborative initiative among select Philippine and Canadian universities working toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This milestone supports CHED’s ACHIEVE Program, which promotes Academic excellence, Collaboration, Harmonization, Innovation, Equity, and Vision for Education.

President Zulueta also took part in the Canada–ASEAN Roundtable on Transnational Education, where leaders discussed new opportunities for international cooperation, academic mobility, and global partnerships.

Throughout the conference, he actively engaged with global education leaders and represented MarSU at the Philippine Higher Education Booth, promoting the university’s programs and international initiatives.
