Hanoi, Vietnam — Delegates from the Marinduque State University College of Education, who are participating in the 4th International Conference on Innovation in Learning Instruction and Teacher Education, paid a courtesy visit to Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) upon their arrival in Hanoi, Vietnam, today, December 8, 2025.

Led by Asst. Prof. Jholey Rose R. Leaño-Lancion, Director of the International Relations and Linkages Office, the group proceeded to a formal meeting with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, President of HNUE, together with key university officials. These included Dr. Dinh Minh Hang, Head of the President’s Office; Dr. Tran Ba Trinh, Head of the Office for Undergraduate Training; Assoc. Prof. Duong Minh Lam, Head of the Office for Research and Technology Management; Dr. Pham Thi Ngoc Quynh, Acting Director of the Institute for International Education and Training; and Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai, Deputy Director of the same institute.

The meeting officially began with a welcome and introductions from both parties. This was followed by an opening speech from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Son, President of HNEU, and then a speech by Asst. Prof. Jholey Rose R. Leaño-Lancion, Director of the International Relations and Linkages Office and MarSU representative at the meeting. The event also included a ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two institutions.
