Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — In a momentous ceremony held on January 7, 2025, Marinduque State University (MarSU) welcomed its newly appointed personnel during an oath-taking event presided over by MarSU President Prof. Diosdado Zulueta. The event was held at the Office of the President Conference Room Boac, Marinduque which marked a spirit of optimism and commitment toward enhancing the academic and administrative landscape of the institution.

The ceremony gathered Vice President for Academic Affairs, Raoul J. Magcamit, Head HRMDO, Erma E. Reyes, faculty, staff, who came to witness the formal induction of the newly appointed personnel. PDPZ emphasized the importance of strong leadership and collaboration in achieving the university’s goals. During his address, he expressed confidence in the newly appointed personnel, stating, “Your roles are vital to the growth and development of our university. Together, we can build an environment that fosters excellence in education and research.”

As part of the oath-taking, each personnel pledged to uphold the values and mission of the university, ensuring transparency, accountability, and academic rigor. PDPZ commended the commitment of the new appointees and urged them to work collaboratively with existing staff and faculty. “We are not just workers or leaders; we are stewards of knowledge and innovation. Let’s empower our students and contribute positively to our community,” he added.
