Boac, Marinduque, Philippines — The Department of Science and Technology – Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic and Natural Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCAARRD) Livestock Research Division visited Marinduque State University on April 28, 2025. The team paid a courtesy call to MarSU President, Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, at the Office of the President, MarSU Boa Campus.

The DOST-PCAARRD delegation was led by Dr. Synan S. Baguio (Chief Science Research Specialist and Director of the Livestock Research Division), together with Mr. Geleo A. Dischoso, Mr. Ronilo O. Desasto, and Ms. Danica Reyes. On the other hand, PDPZ received the team together with Dr. Doreen Mascareñas (Director of Extension Services) and Asso. Prof. Harvey Dulay (Campus Director).

Following the courtesy call will be the Inception Meeting for the Native Pig Project on April 29, 2025 at the MarSU Torrijos Campus.
