Los Baňos, Laguna, Philippines — The Philippine Association of Research Managers, Inc. (PHILARM) officials convene a meeting in line with the preparation for the much-anticipated international conference in Vietnam this year. Being the National Vice President of PHILARM, Prof. Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta-MarSU President attended the meeting together with other PHILARM officials in SEARCA, Los Baňos, Laguna on June 6, 2024.

The officials present during the meeting were composed of Dr. Rogelio V. Cuyno-Founder & Senior Adviser, PHILARM; Dr. Melvin B. Carlos-National President, PHILARM & Deputy Executive Director for Administration, Resource Management and Support Services (ARMSS), DOST-PCAARRD; Dr. Almira G. Magcawas-Treasurer, PHILARM; Vice President for Planning & Development, Cavite State University; and Consortium Director, STAARRDEC; and Mr. Gilbert Caracuel, Executive Officer, PHILARM.

Together with PDPZ were Asso. Prof. Alfredo M. Ofrecio III-Director, Financial Services & Chief, Presidential Management Staff and Mr. Joshua Breganza-Secretary.

Additionally, after the meeting with PHILARM officials, it was followed by SEARCA’s welcome and introduction headed by Asso. Prof. Ts. Dr. Nur Azura Binti Adam-Deputy Director for Programs, SEARCA. The team also had brief open discussions for possible collaborations and partnerships, photo opportunity, and visited the SHARING Facilities in SEARCA.
