Manila, Philippines — MSC delegation led by its College President, Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, joined the opening ceremonies of the 2024 PASUC National Culture and the Arts Festival (2024 NCAF) which is scheduled from April 23-25, 2024 with the theme “BIDLISIW: Paghilom, Pagbangon, at Pagsulong” at the PNU Quadrangle, Manila.

This event is hosted by the Philippine Normal University (PNU), co-hosted by NCR SUCs and the City of Manila, and in partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP).

Being a highly anticipated national cultural gathering, around 4,000 students, coaches, trainers, and officials from various SUCs in the Philippines are expected to join and compete in the event.

Additionally, the event aims to provide opportunities for participating SUC officials to conceptualize, develop, organize and implement project, plan, programs and activities that will help optimize the full potential of tertiary-level students in the country by harnessing their talents as students artists and performers.

The schedule of general activities includes 2024 NCAF Opening Ceremonies, welcome dinner, events and competitions, Mayor’s night with City Mayor, Dr. Honey Lacuna-Pangan, Search for Mister and Miss PASUC 2024, and closing and awarding ceremonies.
