Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines — On July 27, 2023, the Marinduque State University officials led by its University President, Prof. Diosdado P. Zulueta, held the activity “Shaping HR’s Tomorrow: Prime HR Maturity Level III” at Royale Parc Hotel, Tagaytay City.

Hosted by Ms. Kriszia S. Fabrero, the activity aimed to strengthen the HR practices of the university by orienting the attendees to the salient features of the PRIME HRM Maturity Level III. Currently, MarSU holds the Prime HRM Maturity Level II with 46.5% preparation for the PRIME HRM ML III.

After the preliminaries, the program formally commenced with the welcome remarks from the Vice President for Administration and Finance, Atty. Crispin Francis M. Jandusay who emphasized the importance of the activity in gaining another milestone for MarSU’s increasing workforce.

It was followed by the message from University President, Dr. Diosdado P. Zulueta, who pointed out the importance of human resources in the institution which needs to be prioritized through motivation, support, and guidance from the administration. He added that boosting the human resource is the first process in attaining the success for SUC Level 4 because he believes that MarSU is working together as one which makes everything possible.

After PDPZ’s message, Ms. Erma E. Reyes-Supervising Administrative Officer & Acting CAO introduced the resource speaker, Ms. Maria Grace Asuncion- Head, Policies and Systems Evaluation Division, Civil Service Commission Region 4. Ms. Asuncion discussed the PRIME HR Maturity Level III with all its processes, guidelines, systems, competencies, and practices. After that, an open forum followed. Additionally, after the question and answer, the timeline of activities in preparation for the PRIME HRM Maturity Level III was also discussed.
